RULES TO DO YOGA AASANAS

* When we are beginning to do Yoga Aasanas, we should learn it under the guidance of a teacher only.

  2. * It is better to do Yoga Aasanas during a particular time like morning, evening and before sleeping.
  3. * It is better to do Yoga Aasanas before eating
  4. * When we are doing the Aasanas, it is necessary to check whether the postures are proper.
  5. * When we are doing the Aasanas, we should be with closed mouth without speaking to anyone.
  6. * It is necessary to wait till the breath becomes normal between each stage of every Aasanas.
  7. * At one period of time, do one Aasana and practice all the stages in that Aasana very well.
  8. * We should do the Aasanas without any competition or jealous but only considering our health in mind.
  9. * As this is an eminent exercise, helping the functioning of nervous system, we should practice this properly.
  10. * It is mandatory to do this exercise properly as it supports to renovate the functions needed for body and mind.
  11. * For clarity, we should clear the changes that happened with the teachers then and there.
